Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and increase revenue. 
  • To manage the relationship with partners
  • Promote sales of properties 
  • Maximize Sales.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections     

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a proven minimum of 2 years practical experience in promoting sales of land and properties (real estate industry) and must possess a good sales attitude.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • First degree in marketing or Real Estate or Business related  4. Should possess effective verbal and communication skills 
  • Have excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Must be confident, assertive, and emotionally mature.  

Location: Lagos  

Salary: NGN 90,000-130,000
