Job Description/Requirements


  • Building merchant interest in the services and products offered by the company
  • Managing merchants’ requests and assisting with support requests
  • Providing accurate product information and serve as a knowledgeable resource for merchants
  • Making calls to and answering inbound calls from new and existing merchants to help them with their set up and use of our software
  • Testing new features on our platform
  • Working across teams to provide support to the whole business

Skills & Work Experience required:

  • Customer service experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience with phone and email communications
  • Flexible to jump into a range of tasks
  • Drive, enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
  • Personable and able to build and maintain relationships with merchants
