Job Description/Requirements

Job Roles 

  • Motivate and oversee the duties of the management consulting team to enhance productivity and revenue while supervising and delegating departmental tasks. 

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of management consulting strategies and service products. 

  • Build healthy and long-term relationships with clients and all business partners. 

  • Identify potential customers for new business opportunities. 

  • Evaluating, developing, and improving departmental controls, systems, and procedures to increase accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Overseeing the daily activities of the management consulting team and ensuring that all major projects, clients’ month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and timely. 

  • Aligning with other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives and decision making which could have a management consulting impact on the business. 

  • Consult and negotiate with clients regarding project execution. 

  • Understanding of business dynamics and industry risk. 

  • Developing feasibility studies and business plans to help clients achieve their longterm and short-term business goals. 

  • Soliciting for new clients through business development strategies 

  • Reviewing and analysing project documentation 

  • Tracking KPIs and assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes. 

  • Understanding key business drivers. 

  • Performing research and analysis as required. 

  • Ensuring compliance with management consulting guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations. 

  • Meeting with and advising senior executives throughout the consultancy process. 

  • Determining business needs and identifying weaknesses. 

  • Assessing and analyzing business practices and procedures. 

  • Developing detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements. 

  • Organizing and managing business projects. 

  • Providing guidance when issues, challenges or problematic situations arise. 

  • Tracking and assessing the effectiveness of projects. 

  • Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. 

  • Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management. 

  • Supervising the design of new services products and evaluating how these will perform on the market. 

  • Creating monthly performance reports. 


Job Requirements 

  • The Candidate MUST have between 7-10years post-NYSC corporate working experience in career-related roles. 
  • First degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or any related discipline from a reputable institution. 

  • Male Candidate is preferred 

  • Holder of Professional Qualifications or Certifications in Project Management or any other relevant fields. 

  • Possession of MBA or MSc in a specialized business field (an added Advantage). 

  • Certification as a management consultant is a plus. 

  • Effective hands-on experience in the preparation of Business Plan and Feasibility Studies. 

  • Proficiency in the Interpretation of Business Executive Summary and Capacity to proffer Business Advisory Functions 

  • Career Minded with Disciplined and knack to work under pressure. 

  • Minimum of 5years Possession of Professional Credentials (an Advantage) 

  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet rendition deadlines well ahead in advance. 

  • Must have very good Interpersonal, Communication, and Presentation skills with capabilities for Team Leadership. 

  • Must be a thorough-bred professional with high Integrity and must be Relationshipcentric. 

  • Proven previous experience in Management Consulting Planning, Analysis and Modelling 

  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Must have very good Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills with Corporate Executive Presence. 

  • Strong understanding of Management Consulting Principles. 

  • High level of efficiency and accuracy. 

  • Willingness to comply with all local, state, federal, and company regulations. 

  • Attention to detail and ability to process large amounts of data. 

  • Proven experience in Management Consulting Activities is an added advantage. 

  • Exceptional customer service skills. 

  • Strong business acumen 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
