Job Description/Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service in the inventory team 
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle 
  • Monitor project procurement requirement and ability to notify on stock reorder level
  • Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers  
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
  • Arrange and plan out the warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments 
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints in a timely and effective manner 
  • Supervise, coach, and train the inventory team 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Market research and benchmarking on products
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets 
  • Preparation of stock reports and analysis
  • Continuously look for improvements to operations 
  • Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations
  • Processing stock orders 
  • Weekly & Monthly on stock usage and reorder level
  • Organizing the dispatch and delivery of goods
  • Ensuring goods are stored safely
  • Maintaining health and safety standards
  • Keeping accurate records of all goods and activities 

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • At least 5 years of proven working experience as a logistics or inventory manager 
  • Degree qualified in a related field 
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management 
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects 
  • Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations 
  • Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills 
  • Good personal presentation 
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure 
  • Good commercial and business understanding 
  • Working knowledge of various types of telecommunication equipment.
  • Experienced in working in a multicultural environment  
  • Familiar with Workplace Safety and Environmental factors 
  • Ability to foster team-oriented goals
