Accountant Assistant Need

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, and supporting the financial decision-making process. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles, have a solid understanding of Bangladeshi tax laws, and possess strong analytical skills.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Bangladeshi accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
