• Completion of all required CHIETA theoretical modules for the trade.
• On-the-job training and other related training to enhance technical skills.
• Support to the production process with high levels of availability and reliability.
• Practical maintenance and installations of mechanical equipment.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting within plant rules and regulations.

• N3 or complete NCV level 4 with a 50% pass rate in Mathematics, Physical Science, and relevant trade subject.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
• Ability to adapt to shift work and overtime requirements.
• Strong team player with a systematic and professional approach.
