Completion of all required CHIETA theoretical modules for the trade
Undergoing intensive on-the-job training and other related training
Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability
Demonstrating the ability to practically conduct maintenance and installations of mechanical equipment
Learning how to problem-solve and troubleshoot
Adhering to plant rules and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
N3 or complete NCV level 4 with a 50% pass rate in Mathematics, Physical Science, and relevant trade subject
Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to use own initiative
Willingness to work shifts and overtime where necessary
Team-oriented, systematic, and professional approach
