Assistant Executive/ Sub Assistant Engineer- Store, BOGCL

Responsibilities & Context

Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of "Assistant Executive/ Sub Assistant Engineer- Store".

Receive materials and store them systematically.

Check the quality of received materials.

Physical inventory counting, cycle counting, ensuring SOPs & operational processes are being followed.

Distribute store materials to concern units as per requisition.

Prepare material requisition and proceed further.

Safety stock monitoring & maintain.

Ensure proper delivery of materials.

To maintain FIFO&LIFO when issuing materials.

Keep proper records of received stores and keep track of surplus stores/materials.

Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
