Assist in the completion of all required CHIETA theoretical modules for the trade.
Participate in on-the-job training and other related training to enhance technical skills.
Contribute to the production process with high levels of availability and reliability.
Demonstrate practical skills in maintenance and installations of mechanical equipment.
Adhere to plant rules and regulations while problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Essential Qualifications
N3 or complete NCV level 4 with a 50% pass rate in Mathematics, Physical Science, and relevant trade subject.
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and self-motivation.
Ability to adapt to shift work and overtime requirements.
Strong team player with a systematic and professional approach.
