Job Description/Requirements


  • Marketing and business development of the organisation’s products and services to prospective clients and the public.
  • Prospecting of new and transfer clients, submission of business proposals, securing of business presentations etc. to organizations staff & Groups.
  • Registration and generation of new and transferred clients in various Organizations, Groups & Individuals.
  • Reactivating unfunded and partially funded accounts.
  • Ensuring preparations of Contribution schedules and prompt remittance of contributions on monthly basis.
  • Ensuring prompt delivery of quarterly Statement of Accounts.
  • Prompt service delivery to all the existing clients under the BDOS/Agents Management.
  • Any other duties that will facilitate good customer relationship management


  • An experienced OND, HND or B.Sc holder in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills.


  • Attractive monthly allowance and commission.
