Chief Network Innovation Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Network Innovation Officer to join our team at Brainshare Technologies and Services Nigeria Limited. This role is perfect for a motivated and creative professional with expertise in network engineering. About the Role

The Chief Network Innovation Officer will be responsible for introducing new networking technologies and improving existing ones to add value to our services and capabilities. Key responsibilities include developing solutions that drive network success, coordinating Technical Support Team activities, providing support to Data Center Engineers, and motivating technical training for Technical and Customer Support Teams.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest network engineering trends and developments. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering from a reputable institution and hold relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative network strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network performance issues.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to Technical Support Teams in interpreting and reacting to network issues.
• Stay updated on the latest network engineering trends and technologies to ensure our network remains competitive and secure.
• Manage deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering with a proven track record of innovation and excellence.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including BGP, TCP/IP, and VLAN.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE.

Negotiable salary range: ₦25,000,000 - ₦35,000,000 per annum, depending on experience.
