Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement Manager to lead our Account Manager team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering personalized solutions that align with client needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and regular communication.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including interior designers, architects, project managers, and property managers, to gain a deep understanding of their needs.

Provide proactive account management to anticipate client needs and exceed their expectations.

  • Sales and Business Development:

Drive revenue growth from existing clients by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

Explore new business opportunities within the industry, contributing to client acquisition and expanding our market share.

Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements, balancing new business acquisition with profitability.

  • Product and Service Knowledge:

Maintain a strong understanding of the latest interior design trends, products, and industry standards.

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to clients on product choices, specifications, and design solutions.

  • Project Coordination:

Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements, ensuring clarity on timelines and deliverables.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage the delivery and installation of products, ensuring deadlines are met.

Monitor the progress of client projects and proactively address any issues to maintain client satisfaction.
