To keep abreast of the latest coatings technology used by AkzoNobel and the competition, enabling effective guidance to the sales team.
To develop and reformulate products to meet customer needs, analyzing production problems and providing technical service to customers.
Requirements:
A BS in Chemistry is required, along with 10+ years of experience in the paints industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong relationship management and leadership abilities.
