Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:  

  • Attend to in-store and online clients
  • Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries
  • You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services  and recommend an appropriate product and service
  • Ensuring that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability
  • Provide accurate information to customers (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Support Retail Store Pick-Up (RSPU) by helping with the receipt of goods and processing of pick-ups
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer(s) complaint(s) 

Job Requirements:  

  • A previous experience in a customer service position is highly desirable 
  • Minimum Qualification ND in social science or any relevant course of study 
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications and be Internet Savvy 
  • Must be abreast of sales and administrative procedures 
  • Must have product knowledge
  • Must be teachable and be ready to adhere to company policies 
  • Active listening skills 
  • Great customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Salary: NGN50,000 Plus end of the year bonus

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1.
