Job description
Device Management Admin is part of the Device Management team under Merchant Services – Operations Department. This role focuses on handling terminal management systems and latest releases for the Attended, Unattended and Online payment solutions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· End-to-end review and testing of application releases for all payment solutions under User Acceptance Testing and Production environments
· Responsible for providing full technical and operational checking, analysis and assessment of all included updates per release.
· Provides strategic gap analysis for every release’s required outcome vs. actual outcome, and recommends actions to bridge or close the gap with consideration to all stakeholders
· Monitors full production roll-out of new releases including execution of updates through terminal management system and assists the team with any issues encountered during on-site updates
· Conducts on-site testing for latest application releases, projects and activities that requires gathering and analyzing of data
· Key person for ensuring that the team is fully informed about the latest releases including process and UI/UX changes
· Manages terminal management system of all device brands and models
· Prepares weekly and monthly reports including all records and changes of the application releases
· Contributes to creating policies and procedures related to this role
· Supports device preparation specialist with big scale tasks and/or projects
· Others may be assigned
JOB QUALIFICATION
· College graduate preferably of Information Technology or any related field
· Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in handling different POS devices
· Proficient in English both written and verbal communication
SKILLS
· Working knowledge of payment solutions offered locally in the Philippines
· Knowledge and experience on different local POS terminals and systems (preferred)
· Proactive critical thinking and problem solving skills
· Excellent time management skills, organizational skills and strong attention to details
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Collaboration skills with the ability to work in various group situations while maintaining effective communication and productivity
· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with high quality output
· Willing to work on weekend, holidays, and shifting schedules as needed
