Executive - Factory Operations

(Sensible Sourcing BD. is a garments manufacturer and exporter. We have a mini garments in Genda, Savar & Paragram, Ashulia. Company is seeking a honest, active, team player, candidate to fulfill its vacant position "Executive - Factory Operations". )

Job Description / Responsibilities

All Production Related Issues Including...
A. Follow-up in Cutting Section
B. Follow-up in Sewing Section
C. Follow-up in Quality & Finishing Section
D. Co-Ordinate with every section of factory

Inventory Related Issue:
A. Proper handling of inventory (Fabrics, Garments Accessories, Machineries)
C. Conducting Monthly Inventory and reporting to Head office same day.
D. Quality Checking While receiving Garments accessories from Supplier.

Administration Related Issue:
Administration Related issues including...
A. Worker Attendance, Leave, Absence
B. Utility management (Water, electricity, Cleanliness etc.)

Reporting:

All Reporting issues including...
A. Daily Production Report
B. Operator/Process wise Hourly Production Report
C. Monthly production Report
D. Others report need to make time to time and submit to MD.

Experience Requirements:
At least 2 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Buying House, Garments Factory, any others Garments Related Company

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements:
Age 18 to 30 years
Good communication skills in English and Bangla both
Good computer knowledge (Typing, Browsing, MS Excel, MS Word etc.)
Team Player
Hard Worker
Ability to take challenge

Job Location:
Genda, Savar, Dhaka.

Salary: 16,000 TK to 20,000 TK
Mobile Bill: 300 TK
