Responsibilities & Context
Preparing a monthly tour program and doctorâs call program by the end of the month for the next month and submit at the beginning of a month.
Planning and organizing personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
Visiting to the customer premises on regular intervals and make sure to recall the prescribed Medical Consumables to the doctor as well as also check availability to the chemist nearby and store in the hospitals.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. and make report on changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Make good relationship with the management of Supply Chain/Inventory to follow-up the stocks in hospitals/clinics.
