Position Overview: We are seeking an exceptional General Manager - F&B to join our prestigious team and lead the operations of our food and beverage venues to new heights of sophistication. Key Responsibilities:

â¢Operational Mastery: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with the brandâs global standards of luxury and excellence. Your proactive leadership will ensure smooth operations across all service touchpoints, from the kitchen to front-of-house.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the F&B offering. Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

Exemplary Service Delivery: Set and uphold standards of excellence in service, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the brandâs commitment to perfection. Drive a culture of proactivity and anticipatory service, empowering teams to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of F&B professionals, from service staff to culinary experts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that each team member upholds the values of luxury, creativity, and exceptional service.

Financial Performance: Manage the financial aspects of F&B operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Drive operational efficiency while enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the premium quality that defines our brand.

Guest Experience & Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest experience is extraordinary, fostering relationships with high-profile guests, VIPs, and international clientele. Proactively engage with patrons, gathering feedback and continuously refining the service offering to maintain our reputation for world-class excellence.

Culinary Innovation & Quality Assurance: Work in close collaboration with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure that the menus reflect the latest global culinary trends while maintaining the essence of our brandâs identity. Oversee quality control processes to guarantee that all F&B offerings are prepared to the highest standards.

Compliance & Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations, both local and international. Maintain rigorous operational standards that reflect our commitment to luxury, sustainability, and guest well-being.

Event & Experience Planning: Lead the planning and execution of exclusive dining events, VIP experiences, and seasonal offerings. Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotions and events that align with the brandâs image and appeal to our global clientele.
