Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Automation Officer to join our team at White Crust Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting smart locks, lighting systems, and other smart devices in residential settings.

About the Role:

The Automation Officer will collaborate with customers to understand their automation needs and provide tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing automation solutions using industry-standard protocols and technologies, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with smart devices and systems, and staying up-to-date with the latest smart home technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart locks, lighting systems, and other smart devices
• Conduct site visits to assess and resolve technical issues with smart home systems
• Collaborate with customers to understand their automation needs and provide tailored solutions
• Develop and implement automation solutions using industry-standard protocols and technologies
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with smart devices and systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest smart home technologies and trends
