Job Context: We are looking for a proactive learner who is looking for an opportunity to enrich his/her knowledge & experience in the field of Talent Acquisition. The incumbent will help the recruitment team of BJIT with daily activities related to Talent Acquisition as well as maintaining the Talent Pipeline. The preferred individual will have excellent English Communication skills, be a fast learner, be good with basic MS Office applications and be willing to commit to the working hours and the work itself. He/she will receive the opportunity to learn extensively about Recruitment/Talent Acquisition processes and functions and will be able to enhance his/her skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicating with the Manager of the team and other Recruitment team officials to understand the requirements for recruitment needs of the organization
Communicating with candidates for scheduling interviews and online exams through phone calls and messages
Scheduling and managing interview and examination processes using different online platforms
Updating the ERP system and maintaining accurate records of the Talent Pipeline
Sorting CVs for different positions from time to time
Schedule and coordinate technical and non-technical interviews.
Coordinate programming tests/ coding tests
