IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Support Officer. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Responsibilities

1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
2. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
4. Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
5. Providing technical support across the organization.
6. Setting up accounts for new users.
7. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
8. Testing new technology.

1. 1-2 years relevant experience.
2. HND in computer science or related field.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus.
