IT Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, staffing, and project management
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the overall business goals
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and software
- Manage the IT budget and ensure that IT resources are used efficiently and effectively
- Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies and identify opportunities to improve the IT infrastructure
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that IT systems and services meet the needs of the business
- Oversee the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with offshore clients and other stakeholders
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with a variety of IT systems and software
- Up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies
- PMP certification and ITIL or equivalent

Pay: E£50.00 - E£60.00 per month
