We are seeking a dynamic Associate (Acquisition), Sales to spearhead our efforts in driving acquisition As the Associate (Acquisition), Sales , your primary role will be to introduce and implement Lalamoves API and LLM Plus solutions to small, medium, and large enterprises. This role involves identifying prospects, pitching solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure both growth and retention.
What Youll Do:

Individually develop new business leads by mapping, visiting, identifying and acquiring business users across different industries and locations while emphasizing on SMEs.
Focus on identifying leads who would benefit from Lalamoves API [our API has 2 categories: (1) Channel Partnership API e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce; (2) Direct API for Lalamove & Clients] and enterprise solutions and have the potential to place continuous orders and contribute to high TV.
Collaborate in developing and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies and scalable processes for enterprise partnerships, while efficiently managing the sales funnel to meet targets at all stages.
Foster collaboration with the Driver Operations team to ensure seamless fulfillment and customer satisfaction, while also synergizing with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
Continuously analyze customer profiles, order behavior, and market trends to exceed individual and team targets and key performance indicators, utilizing various communication channels to enhance product performance.
Generate, present, and analyze reports for leadership teams, providing comprehensive support and adapting to ad hoc requirements as necessary.

Strong sales skills to get our potential client to use our service. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options in addition to building and maintaining professional relationships.
Possess a positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and detail-oriented attitude aided by structured thinking.
Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen in a performance driven culture and a competitive market.

What Youll Need:

Hold a university degree in business or a related discipline.
Have at least 3-4 years of experience in sales, and business development. [Sales experience related to API Integration, Enterprise Solutions will be considered as an advantage].
Have knowledge of API, CRM and Automation Tools like Salesforce.
Have advanced level knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace.
Have experience in working with a large amount of data and reporting across various matrices.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decisions.
Be familiar with using existing social media platforms.
