Position: Marketing Executives (Female) - 3 Positions Available

Qualifications:

1. Educational Requirement: Master’s degree in any discipline.
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or educational consultancy firm.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling: Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding study opportunities in Malaysia, helping them make informed decisions about their education.

2. B2B Agent Management: Handle relationships with B2B agents, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration to drive business growth.

3. Visa Guidelines: Offer accurate and up-to-date information on visa processes and requirements, assisting students and agents with their visa applications.

4.Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract students and agents, promoting the services offered by Nixa Global.

5.Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

1.Gender: Female (This position is specifically for female candidates).

2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a similar role within a call center or educational consultancy firm.

3. Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to counsel students effectively. Proficiency in English is a must.
