We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Master Baking Professional to join our team at the Empact Group Southern Africa. As a Master Baking Professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing daily production needs, collaborating with other kitchen staff, and continuously staying updated on the latest baking trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute daily production needs.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Continuously stay updated on the latest baking trends, techniques, and ingredients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in baking a variety of goods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and creatively experiment with flavors and presentations.
