Responsibilities & Context
Diagnose issues with vehicle air conditioning systems, including refrigerant levels, compressors, condensers, and electrical components.
Perform repairs on vehicle air conditioning systems, including replacing compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other AC components.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on vehicles AC system to ensure optimal performance.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing repairs and maintenance.
Ensure proper fitting and operation of AC units after installation.
Ensure all repairs and installations comply with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
Communicate effectively with customers to explain AC system issues and the necessary repairs.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmeâs goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
