As a member of our Microsoft 365 team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Unified Communication and Collaboration services. This includes supporting, managing, and maintaining Exchange Online and on-premise environments, as well as collaborating with IT team members to improve the Microsoft 365 Exchange Online environment.
Key responsibilities will include providing second-level support for Unified Communication and Collaboration services, supporting, managing, and maintaining Exchange Online and on-premise environments, collaborating with IT team members to improve Microsoft 365 Exchange Online environment, monitoring and optimizing performance of Microsoft 365 services, and staying updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.
