Responsibilities & Context

• This position will handle school operations and supervise program organizers.
• Identify potential operational risks proactively.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring overall administrative management of the Programme and coordination with relevant authorities/donors.

Key Duties:

• Execute school operating plans and oversee center logistics and management.
• Guide and supervise Programme Organizers.
• Liaison with the local community and stakeholders to represent BRAC effectively.
• Ensure appropriate use of teaching materials in classrooms and maintain stock levels.
• Proactively identify and address operational risk factors of the programme.
• Ensure safety of Programme Participants, organization contacts, and team members from any harm or abuse.
• Provide support and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
• Promote and enforce safeguarding policy issues among team members.
• Follow safeguarding reporting procedures in case of any incidents and encourage others to do the same.
