Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager to join our team at MeritAbode Nigeria Limited.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive real estate marketing strategy that drives qualified traffic and generates sales. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the effective deployment of marketing campaigns and stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and identify new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure the effective deployment of marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends and identify new market opportunities.
Manage and coordinate marketing activities, including advertising and promotional events.
Lead the media team to produce high-quality content that engages our target audience.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, from website banners to print materials.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
Requirements:
A degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
