Restaurant Manager

The job require to have vast knowledge of how a restaurant operates. He/ she will have to have minimum 3 years work experience in restaurants, hotels or any other service industry that is related to F&B. Complete know how of how the kitchen operates, maintain cleanliness, ensuring food safety and also maintaining day to day inventroy.
He is also be in charge of the FOH, which means he needs to have have great communication skills both with customers, and employees. The manager is also require to be up to date on all Hr duties, as in making the weekly schedule and staying up to date with all the leaves of the employees.
Leadership role is a key important factor for this job, since 12-15 people will be working under this person, hence if the applicant is not aware as how to make people do their jobs it will be very difficult.
Finally, the applicant needs to have sufficient network in the resturant industry, keeping up to date with the competition and also recruiting new staff.
