JOB DESCRIPTION:
As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the fashion Store.
You will lead the business to achieve ambitious sales targets, cultivate a luxurious brand image, and deliver an unmatched customer experience that reflects the high standards of our clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Oversee all store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling.
Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and brand partners.
Develop and execute impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with the business.
Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay informed of the latest trends in the Fashion and luxury industry, both locally and internationally.
Foster a team culture that’s as vibrant as the latest trends.
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS;
Must be Educated, Minimum of BSc or HND in Business Management, Marketing or any related field of study.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Similar role within the Fashion and luxury industry.
Strong background in marketing and sales.
Strong understanding of luxury brands and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Budget management and financial acumen.
Fluency in English and an understanding of the business culture and industry is essential.
