Responsibilities & Context
Oversee and monitor the sales team to ensure egg sales targets are met within the specified deadlines.
Drive sales growth of commercial eggs and coordinate with customers and distributors to enhance proactive sales.
Analyze and address customer complaints, providing corrective feedback to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular customer visits (routine, on-call, marketing) to maintain strong customer relationships.
Accurately prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including egg sales, competitor production reports etc. to ensure accountability.
Organize training programs to enhance team competency.
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities.
Manage administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain liaison with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with legal requirements and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
Identify process improvements and innovation opportunities, and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all existing functions and systems.
