Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system resources. 
User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. 
Backup and Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures. 
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies. 
Training: Develop and deliver training materials for employees on new technologies and IT policies. 
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry. 
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields
