Tender Delivery Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and coordinate submission of quality proposals and tenders.
• Ensure compliance of tender responses, documentation and submissions, and fulfill tender requirements.
• Assist with the coordination of events in support of business development objectives.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field to enhance continuous improvement.
• Manage resources to deliver on tender requirements, website submissions, and electronic communication effectively.
• Maintain the accuracy of database registrations by updating them systematically with the latest company information.
• Maintain electronic templates and documents, including company documents, tender templates, and presentation templates.
• Manage the content repository to ensure all content is accurate, accessible, and up-to-date.
• Achieve project objectives through thorough planning and robust management techniques.
• Collaborate with designers and other suppliers to ensure tenders are professional and aesthetically appealing.
• Sources packaging of the best quality and latest trends for competitive submissions.
• Work with vendors and stakeholders to conduct site visits according to best practices.
