As a Mechanical Fitter Apprentice, you will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Completing all required theoretical modules for the trade
Participating in on-the-job training and other related training programs
Providing support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability
Demonstrating ability to practically conduct maintenance and installations of mechanical equipment
Learning problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques
Adhering to plant rules and regulations
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
N3 or complete NCV level 4 with a 50% pass rate in Mathematics, Physical Science, and relevant trade subject
Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to use own initiative
Willingness to work shifts and overtime where necessary
Team-oriented, systematic, and professional approach
